Dude, your friend Brian is really good. Most importantly, he's got a good eye. He'd do better than most with a point and shoot. But there are some that I'd really like to ask him how he got. He's got the technique down too.
yeah Brian IS good. We've got lots of wonderful pics of Evan all around our house because of him. It's no point and shoot that he's using. He's got a digital SLR and all kinds of lenses. It's just a hobby for him, but I think he could go into business if his masters from Berkley doesn't already pay off for him. :) I wish I had him be our offical photographer as well as best man at our wedding. Our photographer messed up our pics and took realy boreing pictures too. So the one pic I love from our wedding was one that Brian happened to snap with a point 'n shoot. But then again, those were his pre-digital SLR days. The pics I posted here aren't even his best ones. I just put up the ones I felt were great candids. I didn't feel right posting his nice ones without his permission or his post-production touches. I hope he'll post those on his site soon. You can go to Brian's site to see more of his work!

Wow. Your friend has some nice skills with the camera. I need a friend like that. Evan is SOO cute.
